INSIDE THE CORELDRAW ZONE

This is your opportunity to join with other Corel DRAW Users from around the
world, Live On-Line, as we come together to help each other
Master the Power of Corel DRAW.

This CorelZONE is a Voice-Over-Internet enabled room and you should have a
headset to be able to participate in the room and get the most out of this experience.
You can participate by using the text chat section of the room but voice is highly
recommended for the maximum learning experience. Also other than a dial-up
connection is recommended. But if your on dial-up at least give it a try.

NOTE: Even though web cams can be used with PalTalk we don't use them during
our sessions because it tends to slow down the audio in the room depending on the
connection speed of the various members.

How to find the Corel Zone on PalTalk Scene...

Once you have PalTalk installed to get to the room do as follows: Start PalTalk,
Go to Browse Rooms, Look for Computers & Technology,
Under Computers & Technology look for Software, Click on the Software Room Title t
o get to Software then click on the Corel Zone to join the room.

If you find that you enjoy our On-Line Forum you may want to do a yearly
subscription to PalTalk Plus for $39.95 but it's not a must.

When you download PalTalk Scene and establish a Nick Name do a Pal search and please
look for me and add me to your pals list. My PalTalk Nickname is graphicsguy.

Then E-mail it to me so I can add you to my Pals list so I can invite you to join
us whenever the room is open and I see you on-line.

When you do get PalTalk Scene installed do take advantage of the
Technical Support Rooms available to you. You can find it by
browsing the rooms. They are very helpful and answer most if not
all of your questions LIVE On-Line.

NOTE: I have set aside Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 PM PST
(I am located in California). We will start out just getting to know each
other and get a feel for what you would like to see covered during
the weekly Corel Zone meetings. So fire up your computer, start
CorelDRAW, grab your headset, launch PalTalk and join the CorelZONE and
let's get you started on thr road to "Mastering the Power of Corel DRAW".

	TEAM VIEWER BRINGS THE COREL ZONE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. LIVE ON SCREEN TRAINING.
I will present CorelDRAW & Photo-PAINT Tutorials LIVE on my computer screen as you watch my every move on your computer screen LIVE.
Since Team Viewer does not currently offer voice capability we continue to use the PalTalk software as our means of voice communication and for hosting the weekly meetings of the CorelZONE. So to take part in our group you will need to download PalTalk for FREE by clicking on the PalTALK Logo above in order to participate in our weekly meetings every Wednesday evening for 6-7 PM PST.	As far as Team Viewer goes when you join the CorelZONE room on PalTalk and you are using Internet Explorer, you will then need to go to http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx to access the TeamViewer QS.exe download. Then go ahead and run the exe file then launch Team Viewer. Note: If you are running Fire Fox you will have to save the exe file to your computer and run it from there. Once the module is launched the Logon ID will always be 194557762 and the PASSWORD will be supplied to you by the room moderator when the session is ready to begin. Once you are given the password and you log In you will see the moderators computer screen displayed on your screen. There is a small pull down tab in the top middle of the window. Pull it down and look for the VIEW TAB. Once there click on SCALED. This will bring the moderators screen into proportion on your screen. NOTE: It is important to remember not to click your mouse on your screen during the moderators presentation. Any questions E-MAIL ME... NOTE: If you want to perminently install Team Viewer QS on your computer now you can CLICK HERE and either RUN TEAM VIEWER INSTALL NOW or SAVE it to your hard drive and INSTALL IT from there. Your choice. NOTE: Again if your running Fire Fox your only option will be to save it to your computer and install it from there. Once you have installed it create a short cut to TeamViewer so you can get to the module easily before each meeting.
NOTICE: TEAM VIEWER WILL NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY ON A DIAL-UP CONNECTION
I will post a Step-by-Step Tutorial for download on this page each week. It will usually be in Pdf format so you can download and print out prior to the Wednesday night meeting. Then on the night of our scheduled meeting I will work through the Tutorial Live On-Line with either CorelDRAW or Photo-PAINT open so you can follow along on on your screen using Team Viewer.
