There is someone here to help you at Square One Graphics. The first CorelDRAW Tech Support session you have with us is FREE. This will give you a chance to see how awesome our LIVE On-Line capabilities are for Technical Support. This capability is on a case-by-case basis based on bandwidth.

Scroll down on this page until you see the Team Viewer icon. RIGHT CLICK on the Team Viewer icon. You will get a dialog box on your screen.

Select COPY SHORTCUT. Then minimize your browser. Then when you are back to your DESKTOP RIGHT CLICK on the desktop and select PASTE SHORTCUT. Now when we are ready to start a Technical Support session you will simply double click on the Team Viewer Customer Support Module shortcut on your desk top. This will launch the Team Viewer Customer Support Module. Then you will be given your ID and Password there. You will provide me with your ID and Password and I will initiate the session with you. That's all there is to it.

You will also want to click on the Yahoo Messenger icon below and install Yahoo Messenger. The will be used during the Audio portion of our On-Line Technical Support session. Once you have installed Yahoo Messenger and set up your Nickname be sure to e-mail that to us so we can add you to our Yahoo Messenger Pal List. You will want to add us to your Pal List as well. Our Nickname is coreldrawguru01.

 DOWNLOAD THE TWO PROGRAMS BELOW AND WE WILL BE ABLE TO HELP YOU WITH LIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT OVER THE INTERNET ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS BASED ON BANDWITH.

 A Hands Free Headset is required for the Voice portion of the session.

 

  We use a program called Team Viewer. It Allows us to view your screen during the Tech Support Session. This is on a case-by-case basis based on Bandwith.

 We use a program called Yahoo Messenger for the voice portion of our Tech Support. We can communicate verbally throughout the Tech support session.

If you need have taken CorelDRAW Training from us in the past you are always guaranteed FREE Technical Support for as long as you use the program. If you have not taken Training for us we will assist you with your Technical Support issues on a case by case basis. We charge $25.00 per Technical Support request lasting up to 30 minutes. We can conduct the Technical Support session via E-mail, phone or LIVE on-Line Using Team Viewer and Yahoo Messenger. It's your call.

When you call or e-mail us requesting Technical Support and you accept the cost of $25.00 per support service session an invoice will be e-mailed to you. When you click on the PayPal link you will be taked to PayPal where you can enter your credit card information on their secure server and authorize you payment to Square One.
