I found the original Chrome Nut image on the Internet. I decided to try my hand at creating the look
of a reflective surface. It's not perfect but I think it has a certain look of realism.
I created the nuts in Corel X4. This was a good exercise.

The addition of highlights to this image really helped
bring the image to like. Don't you agree?

Logo Design for an Equestrian Farm in Canada.

This is a design I came up with for one of our design challenges on the CorelZONE
(
which is no longer active). The challenge was to design a fDuck Stamp.
All in all I thimk it came out pretty good.

This is a design I came up with for one of our latest design challenges in the CorelZONE
(
which is no longer active). The challenge was to design a front and back cover for either
our favorite movie or a movie title we made up. This challenge was allot of fun.

This is another design I came up with for one of our latest design challenges in the CorelZONE
(
which is no longer active). The challenge was to design a frealistic beer or soda can.
This challenge was allot of fun.

This is a Childs Birthday design I did as my entry for the April Design Challenge on my
On-Line Corel Users Group called the
CorelZONE (which is no longer active) .
The Disney images I found on the web. I had fun creating the globe,
stand and the reflective highlights.

I had allot of fun coming up with this design to meet the challenge in my Voice-Over-Internet
Corel User Group called the CorelZONE (which is no longer active). Working through this
design in DRAW X4 was an experience. I learned what can or can't be included in a
n image that you want to apply perspective to.

I think you will have to agree that this is a very COOL effect. I was excited to find and
work through Alex's Tutorial and I hope that I have inspired you to want to try it too.
This is why it is so important that CorelDRAW users from all skill levels
share their knowledge with each other.

I really enjoyed this challenge. I even created the Logo for the fictitious
Railroad Company. These design challenges really help to keep my
Corel Tools sharp and my creative juices flowing.

The challenge here was to create the illusion of shattered glass.
Through the help of the Magnifying Lens Tool in CorelDRAW I managed to
pull it off the effect of real shattered glass.

This is a design I came up with for one of our latest design challenges in the CorelZONE
(
which is no longer active). We were suppose to design a personalized license plate
from our state. This challenge was allot of fun.

The challenge here was to create a magazine cover for our local
Power Company. Through the help of a tutorial on creating a Light Bulb,
I read a long time ago and the powerful tools of CorelDRAW I think the
lightbulb is the highlight of this piece.

So do you like the new Logo? E-mail me and let me know.

I hope that these images help to inspire Corel Users from all skill levels.
